Information we collect

We collect the details you provide in our contact and purchase forms: your full name, email, phone number, emirate, nationality, selected package and enquiry. We retain an order reference, payment status and access code for your service registration. Information you submit later through the registration portal is handled under that portal’s privacy terms.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to enquiries, prepare your service registration, process and confirm payments, send transactional emails and provide support. We do not use your enquiry as consent to marketing. Operational records may be retained where necessary for contractual, accounting, legal and dispute-resolution purposes.

Payments and service providers

Stripe processes card and wallet payments. We do not store your full card number or security code. Our hosting and email providers process information needed to operate the service. Intercom handles chat enquiries and may process device information and use browser storage under its own privacy terms. Court and notarisation information is shared as needed to provide your chosen service.

Storage and security

Registration and contact records are restricted to authorised service operations. We use encrypted connections and access controls. No method of storage or transmission is completely risk-free. Do not send card details, passwords or confidential documents through the general contact form or chat.

Browser storage and international processing

The payment return flow uses a private reference and confirmation token and does not rely on cookies. Stripe and Intercom may use cookies or similar technologies needed for payment and messaging. Our providers may process data outside the UAE. Where required, transfers are subject to applicable data protection safeguards.

Retention and your choices

We keep information for as long as needed for your enquiry, service and applicable legal obligations, and review continued retention. You may request access, correction or deletion of your information by contacting info@wills24.ae. Requests are subject to identity verification and applicable legal retention requirements.
