Wills-24 is a trading name operated by DESCENTEK FZ-LLC, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.

1. Our service and scope

WILLS-24 is an independent Will drafting and registration support service. We are not a law firm, court or government authority and do not provide legal advice. Our service is only for Wills for assets located in the UAE. Seek independent legal advice where your circumstances require it. Eligibility and court requirements apply; payment does not mean your Will has been registered with a court.

2. Packages and final prices

• ADJD Will: 3,599 AED

  All-inclusive: court fees, notarisation and registration included. The price you see is the final price, no surprises.

• Dubai Court Will: 5,999 AED

  All-inclusive: court fees, notarisation and registration included. The price you see is the final price, no surprises.

• ADJD Fast Will: 4,999 AED

  All-inclusive: court fees, notarisation and registration included. The price you see is the final price, no surprises.

Every package includes online Will drafting, review and corrections, translation, preparation, court fees, the notarisation appointment, registration and secure storage. The displayed package price is final. We do not quote separate court fee amounts.

3. Preparation and registration

You must supply accurate, complete information and documents, review your draft and approve any corrections before finalisation. We coordinate preparation, notarisation and submission to your selected court. ADJD Fast Will provides priority processing, not a guaranteed completion time. Court eligibility decisions, appointment availability and registration schedules are outside our control.

4. Payment and service registration

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Prices are charged in AED. A payment reference identifies your order. After verified payment, we email an access code and the link to begin your Will registration. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion charges. Never share your payment confirmation link or access code.

5. Cancellation and refunds

A full refund is available within 14 days if the Will has not been finalised or submitted to the court. Court fees already paid to the court are not refundable. Send refund requests to info@wills24.ae. Refunds are processed in 7–10 business days.

6. Changes, responsibility and support

Contact us promptly if your details change or an error appears in your draft. Registration remains subject to the chosen court’s requirements. We do not guarantee inheritance outcomes or provide advice on tax, cross-border succession or disputes. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable UAE law.
